Program Simplicity Sprint® (1-2 Days)
- Interactive Talk “Simple is simply better” and a fun warm-up exercise.
- Find answers with the 5 principles of Simplicity.
- In small groups, concrete approaches to simple answers are developed.
- Reduce the number of ideas. From a number of simplification ideas, the 6-8 best ones are selected.
- The best ideas are described in a simplicity profile.
- If time permits, rough prototypes are created to make the ideas tangible.
- Drafting of an action plan.
