Design Sprint
Develop and test Prototypes in 4 to 5 days
Develop and test ideas in the shortest possible time with a Design Sprint
With an iterative and customer-focused innovation process, it is possible to develop and test new ideas in five days. Do you think that sounds a bit ambitious? Let us convince you in a 5-day Design Sprint!
Program
Day 1
The day begins with an introduction and a short warm-up. Afterwards, we dive together into the world of our customers and users. Here we will explore what problems exist and which ones need to be solved in the Design Sprint.
Day 2
Customer interviews are conducted in small groups to explore the needs of the target audience. The results of these interviews are then structured and jointly analysed in a so-called “empathy map”. The day is concluded with the exact definition of the problem.
Day 3
Applying different creativity techniques we’ll create different solutions together. The best ideas are selected and documented in an idea profile.
Day 4
The collected ideas are made tangible into prototypes. For the construction of these prototypes, different materials are used, for example, cardboard, styrofoam or modelling clay or tools in order to quickly visualize websites and applications.
Day 5
On the last day of the design sprint, the prototypes produced are tested on potential customers and users to find out where improvements are needed. If there is still time, a Business Model Canvas can be created to outline different business models.
Does that sound interesting to you?
We would be happy to make you a non-binding offer for a design sprint.
