Programm

Day 1

• • Introductory talk „Creative thinking“ and a witty warm-up exercise
  • Idea generation depends on the context, topic and/or challenge. We use a variety of creativity techniques and innovation methods. Brainwriting, Force-Fit Activity, Concept Extraction, Analogies, Visual Synectics, Customer Benefit Matrix, Morphological Graph, Semantic Intuition, and more. We know when which method works best!
  • Reduce the number of ideas: Select the 6-12 top ideas from a pool of ideas.
  • Describe these top ideas with an idea profile.
  • Craft simple prototypes to make the ideas tangible.

Day 2 (optional)

• Presentation of the hottest ideas in the plenary session
• Develop an idea portfolio and reduce the number from 3-6 top picks to the best ones
• Create business cases for the best ideas
• Presentation and discussion of the business cases in the plenum
• Creation of the first Action Plan

Practical Results

The results that you achieve with us will be both practical and easy to implement. The best ideas are documented in idea profiles which are described and evaluated in detail in a business case. If suitable, we will jointly create a prototype for each idea.
