Karla Schlaepfer<\/h1>\n

Karla Schlaepfer was born in California and received her first degree at the University of California, Berkeley. She received her Master’s degree in Educational Science from the University of Freiburg. Her further education in innovation and agility took her to her Ineko Institute at the University of Cologne, AJ+Smart Berlin and the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam.<\/p>\n

Karla enables cultural change in people and enterprises in both heart and mind and creative practice (certified Systemic Coach and Change Management) and as a certified Scrum Master (PSM1 scrum.org) in the introduction of agile mindset and working methods for teams.<\/p>\n

She offers executive coaching and workshops with collaborative digital tools and in-house. Karla gives interactive talks on diverse topics in German and English. She has worked as a guest lecturer for two German universities, private institutions and for various museums. She is author of several articles, an e-book on Design Thinking and co-author of a non-fiction book, “Das dynamische Unternehmen: How changing values, innovation and digitalisation lead to success”<\/a>.<\/p>\n
